Mental Ramblings Moves To Remote CVS
Well it's something I have wanted to setup for a while now. CVS for the site is going to be very helpful, especially as I move into tougher areas with adding features to the site.
I use hostmonster.com for all of my hosting, and also remote development for clients, who want to see how a project is progressing. I should have done this a long time ago, but you know, too many pokers in the fire, or some other such saying. In any case, I have set it up and hope to put it to use very soon.
The nice thing about this for me is the built-in CVS support in Eclipse(which is one of the main reasons I use it) and the ability to connect to my server remotely, and update cvs.
Score one for the Home Team!

It is very difficult to determine what are the most popular of modern programming languages. Some languages are very popular for particular kinds of applications (e.g., COBOL is still strong in the corporate data center, often on large mainframes,642-453 FORTRAN in engineering applications, scripting languages in web development, and C in embedded applications),650-059 while some languages are regularly used to write many different kinds of applications. Methods of measuring programming language popularity include: counting the number of job advertisements that mention the language,JN0-311 the number of books teaching the language that are sold (this overestimates the importance of newer languages), and estimates of the number of existing lines of code written in the language (this underestimates the number of users of business languages such as COBOL).
